Title: Program Monitoring and Evaluation Director

Salary/Range: Annual starting salary of$75,000. MBB offers a QSEHRA-funded health insurance plan. This full-time position also offers paid vacation time and work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Job Type: Full time, exempt 

Position Summary: The role of the Program Monitoring and Evaluation Director is to collect and analyze data to measure program impact, inform organizational decision-making, and develop data driven strategies for systemic, organizational, and programmatic initiatives. Master’s degree in public health preferred.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, driven, and has a deep commitment to the work of MBB. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
